Cancellation and Confidentiality

 

If you are unable to attend your planned session, please give me as much notice as possible. I will endeavour to offer you an alternative session in the same week.

 

Payment is by invoice, prior to your first coaching session. Cancellations within 48hrs of a session will still be charged. If I must cancel a session, I will notify you as soon as possible and seek to offer you an alternative in the same week.  

 

Everything that happens in your coaching session remains confidential between us, with the following exceptions. Firstly, I will be discussing my coaching practice with a supervisor. Your identity will remain protected, and I will not reveal identifying information about you. Secondly, if I am concerned about your safety or the safety of others. I will always endeavour to discuss the matter with you before making such contact with others.
